The Singleton has revealed a redesigned look for its core range, rolling out globally from July 2026. The new packaging spans The Singleton of Dufftown and The Singleton of Glendullan ranges. The refreshed design aims to give the brand a more distinctive and contemporary appearance.
Deeper colours, flowing textures and more expressive backgrounds feature across the new packaging. The changes are intended to give the range greater impact while retaining its established warmth.
The brand’s salmon marque has been elevated to become a more prominent feature. It appears alongside a deeper teal colour palette, metallic inks and tactile finishes.
The Singleton’s Slow Batch Distillation process takes centre stage in the redesign. The Singleton says that the method ferments and distills the spirit more slowly than most other single malts in Scotland.
More expressive tasting notes highlight the time and craft behind each expression, in a bid to better connect with consumers, and the signature of Malt Master Dr Craig Wilson also appears across the range. The design has been created to make the range easier for shoppers to navigate. Distinctive labels and clearer visual cues help consumers understand the different flavors of each expression.
The brand said the updates support “discovery and trade up across the portfolio.”
Alongside the design changes, The Singleton has invested in reducing the carbon footprint of its packaging. The brand said the new format delivers carbon savings per case compared with the previous packaging.
“We wanted the packaging to feel as considered as the whisky inside,” said James O’Connor, global head of The Singleton. “The Singleton’s Slow Batch Distillation takes time and craft, and the new design reflects that. It’s a deeper take on our iconic teal, richer in detail and more premium in feel, while staying completely true to who we are.”
“It’s a significant step forward for the brand, reflecting The Singleton’s position as a leading Single Malt around the world, while incorporating packaging changes that support our ongoing efforts to reduce the impact and carbon footprint of our packaging,” he added.
The Singleton is owned by Diageo, the world’s largest spirits producer. The brand draws its single malts from distilleries in Speyside, including the Dufftown and Glendullan sites.
