Lowland producer Jackton Distillery has announced its festive program for December 2025, featuring a large-scale Christmas market, a wine tasting experience, and a karaoke night. The events, held at the family-run distillery in Scotland, are designed to build on the success of previous years and attract more than 1,500 visitors.

The program will begin with the Jackton Christmas Market, set to be held on 6 and 7 December.

This free-to-attend weekend event will host more than 40 independent vendors, live music, street food, and festive cocktails.

A key feature for whisky fans will be the early release of tickets for the distillery’s January 2026 Single Malt Preview, available exclusively during the market weekend.A Beginner’s Guide to Glenfiddich

On Saturday, 13 December, the distillery will host its Festive Wine Tasting. Multiple sessions will run throughout the day with tickets priced at approximately £18 per person. The experience includes a guided tasting of RAER Alliance wines, cheese and charcuterie boards, and fresh barbecue.

The final event, Colshé’s Christmas Karaoke, returns for one night only on Friday, 19 December.

Capacity for the free event is limited to 50 guests, with prizes awarded for the best singers.

Jaynie Kean, managing director of Jackton Distillery, said: “Our festive season gets bigger every year and 2025 is already shaping up to be something special.”

“As a family run distillery, Christmas is when Jackton shines brightest,” Kean continued. “We love seeing families exploring the market, supporting local makers, and enjoying the atmosphere together. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back for our biggest Christmas yet.”

The distillery, located south of Glasgow, produces the RAER whisky, spirits, and wine portfolio. Its expanded festive program aligns with a wider industry trend of distilleries enhancing their visitor experiences to become year-round destinations for tourism and local community events.
