The iconic Plaza Hotel in New York City is partnering with Bushmills Irish Whiskey to transform its elegant Rose Club into ‘The Rose Pub’ for a limited-time celebration surrounding St. Patrick’s Day.

Beginning March 14 through March 29, guests can experience a luxurious take on the traditional Irish pub, featuring design elements from Northern Ireland while maintaining The Plaza’s renowned elegance.

Specialty Cocktails Featuring Aged Single Malts

The pop-up experience will showcase four specialty cocktails, all featuring whiskey from what Bushmills bills as “the most awarded Irish whiskey distillery.”

The menu includes the ‘Pot Of Gold,’ a whiskey sour variation topped with 24-karat gold flakes, and ‘Not Another Irish Coffee,’ which features premium coffee, sugar, cream and whiskey with a rose stencil topper.

Whiskey enthusiasts might gravitate toward the ‘Oldest Fashioned,’ made with Bushmills 16 Year Old and finished with a hand-cut stamped ice cube.

For those seeking the ultimate luxury experience, The Rose Pub will offer drams of the recently unveiled Bushmills 46 Year Old, which the brand markets as the oldest Irish single malt ever released.
